Plain English. No dark patterns. You should actually be able to read this.
Who can use Reacht
You must be 18 or older to use Reacht.
You must have been invited by an existing member. Reacht is not open registration.
One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts. If you want a fresh start, ask a moderator.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and everything posted from it. That includes things you post while logged in, even if someone else had access to your device.
Keep your password secure. Don't share it with anyone.
If you think your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and let a moderator know.
We can't transfer accounts. One person, one account.
What you can post
Everything in the Content Policy applies here. The short version: real conversation, real people, no hard-line violations.
You own your content. Posting it on Reacht doesn't transfer ownership to us.
By posting, you grant Reacht a license to display your content on the platform. That's it — no broader use, no sublicensing, no commercial exploitation.
We don't sell your content. We don't use it to train AI models. We don't license it to third parties.
What we can do
Remove content that violates The Code or the Content Policy.
Suspend or permanently ban accounts for serious or repeated violations. Bans are logged publicly (action type) and privately (reasons, which are kept confidential to protect reporters).
All moderation actions are recorded in the public Mod Log. No shadow bans. No secret removals. Every action is traceable.
What we won't do
Sell your data to third parties.
Show ads to Gold members. Gold membership is ad-free while active.
Serve tracking-based or behavioural advertising. Free members may see contextual ads based on post content — not behavioral profiles, not sold data. Gold members are ad-free while their membership is active.
Use your content to train AI models.
Share your personal information except where required by applicable law.
Implement shadow bans, algorithmic suppression, or any form of invisible moderation.
Advertising
Reacht will introduce advertising. Ads may be contextual based on the community or content category you are browsing. Reacht does not build behavioral profiles or track your behavior across the web to serve ads. Your data is never sold to advertisers. Gold membership is ad-free.
Reacht Gold membership is ad-free while your membership is active. No ads appear anywhere on the platform for current Gold members.
Limitation of liability
Reacht, LLC provides this platform as-is, without warranties of any kind. We're a small community platform, not an enterprise product.
We are not liable for content posted by members. Members own what they post and are responsible for it.
We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or downtime. We try hard to keep things running, but we can't guarantee it.
To the extent permitted by law, Reacht, LLC's liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Reacht is limited to the amount you've paid us (which, at the moment, is $0).
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll announce them in the community and send a notice to members by email.
Continuing to use Reacht after notice of a material change means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Governing law
These Terms are an agreement between you and Reacht, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia, United States on June 21, 2026. They are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
