How to request deletion
If you'd like your Reacht account deleted, email us at legal@reacht.app or admin@reacht.app from the address associated with your account (or otherwise let us know which account you'd like deleted). We'll process the request and confirm once it's done.
If you're signed in, you can also delete your account immediately yourself from Settings → Profile — no need to email if that's easier.
What happens when your account is deleted
Your profile and personal data are permanently deleted — including your email, date of birth, avatar, and bio.
Your posts and comments stay on the site, with your name replaced by [deleted] — this preserves conversations other members were part of; the content is retained, your identity is not.
Messages you sent are deleted.
Gold: a Gold subscription bought on reacht.app is cancelled automatically. A subscription bought in the iOS app is billed by Apple and must be cancelled by you in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) — deleting your account does not stop Apple's billing.
This cannot be undone.
